Spot Prawn Note Card

What’s your favorite prawn recipe? Have to say that mine is Prawns Oreganate from The Fiddlehead Cookbook (pg 114!) if I’m going fancy. But I’m also a fan of standing at the stove, eating prawns plain as they come out of the boiling water!
